Get priority on rental and student apartments
If you are a Danica Pension customer and have savings of at least DKK 25,000 in annual premiums or pension funds with a minimum value of DKK 200,000, you will be given priority for renting one of Danica Properties' rental properties. If you are looking for student housing, the same rules apply. In this case, minimum one of your parents must have savings of at least DKK 25,000 in annual premiums or pension funds with a minimum value of DKK 200,000. Registration must be done via one parent's profile. The lease contract is issued in your name, and there is no requirement for you to be a registered student unless it is specified for the particular property.
